Data Center Move is Complete!

We are pleased to announce the completion of DTN upgrading and relocating its data centers to Chicago, IL. This will place our operations closer to the Chicago-based exchanges and to major communication trunklines for other exchanges. Thanksgiving Day Holiday Hours

  In observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, DTN Customer Service will be open the following hours: Thursday, November 25th : Closed from 12:00 p.m. CT – 5:00 p.m. CT Reopen at 5:00 p.m. CT. Friday, November 26th: Closing at 2:00 p.m. CT. Sunday, November 28th: Regular open at 5:00 p.m. CT.      

PJM ISO data is now available!

In July, DTN made changes to our ISO data that left users without access to PJM data. We now have that data incorporated into our system, complete with history for all the symbols. You can find the symbols here.

Labor Day Holiday Hours

    In observance of the Labor Day holiday, DTN Customer Service will close at 6:00 p.m. CT on Friday, September 3rd and reopen at 5:00 p.m. CT on Monday September 6th from 1:00 a.m. CT until 10:00 a.m. CT. Closed from 10:00 a.m. CT – 5:00 p.m. CT Normal hours will resume at 5:00

DTN is updating their ISO Data

DTN is making some changes to the ISO data that we provide. On August 1st, most of the symbols will change. Please use the Symbol Reference Spreadsheet  to verify changes to any of the symbols  you follow. Please note: the PJM ISO symbols will not be available after July 31, 2021. DTN is planning on
