We are pleased to announce the completion of DTN upgrading and relocating its data centers to Chicago, IL. This will place our operations closer to the Chicago-based exchanges and to major communication trunklines for other exchanges. If you have additional questions, please contact our Technical Support Team.

  In observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday, DTN Customer Service will be open the following hours: Thursday, November 25th : Closed from 12:00 p.m. CT – 5:00 p.m. CT Reopen at 5:00 p.m. CT. Friday, November 26th: Closing at 2:00 p.m. CT. Sunday, November 28th: Regular open at 5:00 p.m. CT.      

    In observance of the Labor Day holiday, DTN Customer Service will close at 6:00 p.m. CT on Friday, September 3rd and reopen at 5:00 p.m. CT on Monday September 6th from 1:00 a.m. CT until 10:00 a.m. CT. Closed from 10:00 a.m. CT – 5:00 p.m. CT Normal hours will resume at 5:00

Monday August 2 is a civic holiday in Canada, and Canadian markets are closed.
