Finding Total Volume and Open Interest in DTN ProphetX
DTN ProphetX allows the user to see the Total Volume and Open Interest in a number of ways.
- News
- The Total Volume and Open Interest information can be found by using the News Search functionality to look for the relevant stories. They can be found in sources such as Dow Jones, as well as from the DTN Newsroom.
- The DTN Newsroom also provides Grain Volume and Open Interest.
- Data
- DTN provides Total Volume and Open Interest symbols that can be used in a Quote Sheet as well as historical displays like Charts and Tabular Displays.
Adding Total Volume and Open Interest to a Quote Sheet
You can find the Total Volume and Open Interest Symbols in the Symbol Search. Each symbol will end in a ā.zā. These can then be added to a Quote Sheet.
You will also want to change the fields in the Quotes Sheet to see the data.
