Colors Tab – Column Properties Cell Properties – change the way cells are formatted, the colors and fonts used in individual cells. Quote Board Properties

The Sheet Properties set up the various components and how they appear on the Quote Board. Right-click and select Sheet Properties: General Tab The General tab shows how to display the data in the quote board,. Updates Tab The Updates tab controls attributes such as blinking and highlighting to let you know when prices change.

Quote Sheet Columns

Field definitions are displayed at the bottom of the dialog box when a field name is selected. To Add or Replace a Column To replace a column, right-click on the column heading and select SET COLUMN CONTENT. When inserting a column the click on the column to the immediate right.  The column will be inserted

Cell Properties

To add comments to a quote sheet, simply select the column or cells and choose the formatting style Right-click in a cell or highlight a column Under the Cell Format tab, select Static Text. Headers/Footers Properties

Some windows allow you to define headers and footers for printed pages. Right-click inside the sheet and select Sheet Properties Under the Headers/Footers tab, enter the text you would like included on each page printed. The Quote Sheet Font Properties set the Font for the quote sheet and/or Headers Select the Fonts tab Select the item to change Under Font. select the Font type Select the Font Size Check mark Font attributes – Bold, Italic, or Underline When finished click on OK

Colors Properties

To Change Colors Used for Quote Sheet Features Right-click in the Quote Sheet  and select Sheet Properties Click on the Colors tab Select the feature you would like to change Select the corresponding color Tip:  You can change the Grid Headers to a different color by changing it in Sheet Properties under Colors.  

Updates Properties

Quote Sheet windows contain data that is continually updated.  ProphetX lets you customize visual cues that draw attention to updates. These can include blinks, highlights, or a combination of the two for the time period you specify. Tip:  Changing the properties on individual pages will override selections in the Preferences. Grid Properties for Quote Sheets

The Grid Properties selection defines whether or not you want to display gird lines, headers and/or footers, and scroll bars on your Quote Sheet. Default is to not show all with the exception of Show row headers. Uncheck items you don’t want to display on the Quote Sheet.
