All displays can be tabbed within one window or as individual displays if preferred.
Example of 3 quote sheets and 1 quoteboard in the same window:
The “Create new tabs in same frame” toggle button on the button bar located under the Main Menu Bar will determine where to place the module you are selecting.
When the button is highlighted on the button bar, it is set to place windows in a tabbed format in the same frame as shown in the first example above.
When the button is NOT indented, your selection will create a new window for the display.
To Delete Tabs
- Right-click on the tab you want to delete and select Delete Tab from the pop-up menu.
To Open a Tab in a New Window
- Right-click on the tab you would like to open in a new frame and select Tab in New Window from the pop-up menu.
To Rename Tabs
- Right-click on the tab and select Rename Tab from the pop-up menu.
- Type the new name in the text box that opens and press your Enter key or click the mouse anywhere outside the tab.
- Double-click on the tab to cancel the change before you press Enter.
To Change Tab Color(s)
- Right-click on the tab and select Change Tab Color(s) from the pop-up menu.
- Select the color and press the OK button.
To Display Multiple Tab Rows
By default, when you create a number of tabs in the same window, the tabs themselves will start to re-size, getting smaller to accommodate all of the tabs in the window and many times cutting off the tab labels. You can eliminate this behavior by selecting multiple tab row. Then, all the tabs will retain their original size. This does, however take up extra space in the overall window,
- Right-click on the tab and select Multiple Tab Rows from the pop-up menu.
- A check will appear after you make your selection.
To Rearrange Tabs
- Place your pointer on any tab and drag it to the desired location on the tab bar.
To Move from One Tab to Another
- Press the F7 key to move from one tab to another in a workbook.
