The strip calculator displays averages of underlying contract prices. To Open a Strip Display Select Calculator on the QUOTES menu, then NEW STRIP WINDOW. Under Root Symbol, type the root for the symbol you want to use (e.g., QNG for electronic NYMEX Natural Gas) or click the drop-down arrow and select one from the list

The cattle crush allows livestock producers to gauge their upcoming crops and hedge price risks. The crush is a combination of feeder calves, feed corn and cattle ready for slaughter. A crush window displays the last prices for soybean, meal, and oil contracts and the Board crush margin, or processing margin for soybean oil.  The default symbols used are S, SM, and BO.
