We’re excited to bring you the latest update to ProphetX, version 4.15.1. This release introduces several new features and enhancements to improve your experience and productivity.
New Features
  • Access this new chart type under the Charts main menu item
  • View weekly price and calculated High, Low, and Average prices going back year over year
  • Customize your view with options for 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, or 10 years of historical data
  • Exclude specific date ranges from calculations
  • Toggle between graph and tabular views
  • Drag and drop functionality from other displays
Year Aliasing for Futures Month Contracts
  • Use new syntax for year-based expressions in Charts, e.g., (QCLF^1+QCLF^2+QCLF^3)/3
  • Specify up to 20 years back using the “^#” notation

Notes
  • Most Active (@A) symbols are not available on the new Year Over Year Weekly HLA display
  • Year Aliasing works for Charts but not for Quotes (expired contracts)
  • When printing charts with the new shading option, use “Save Image As…” or F5 to copy the image for best results

  • TMPRX-5593 File Menu shows on left monitor with ProphetX maximized on right monitor
  • TMPRX-5595 Tooltip is cutoff on invalid symbols for low resolution configurations:
    • No tooltip will show for invalid symbols and symbols without description
  • TMPRX-5648 Symbol with only Close has Low also populated in charts and tabular
  • TMPRX-5683 Phrases with ampersand are not highlighted in Scrolling News searched stories
  • TMPRX-5690 Color change does not work correctly for Study Line Color page:
    • Now, when a different color is picked, it will apply to the selected line; before, the Apply button had to be clicked
  • TMPRX-5694 Copy Button was not enabled for US Treasury Yield display
  • TMPRX-5708 History Snap doesn’t blank existing row when new date or symbol has no data
  • TMPRX-5736 Data Window jumps when values update during drag operation
  • TMPRX-5829 Tooltip shows incorrect values on Horizontal Line study:
    • Added a registry override in case some users prefer the old implementation:
      • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\DTN\ProphetX\NewHorzTT (DWORD) = 0 to restore the old tooltip
